How does Click & Collect work?
  • Choose your products online
  • Add them to your shopping bag 
  • Select your store, date and time for pickup & Pay
  • You will receive a collection notification email once your goods are ready for pick up
  • Collect your order in store
  • Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID
  • Collect from the Service Counter

NOTE: All orders placed before noon will be ready for collection the next day.

Is Click & Collect a FREE service?

Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders.

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 24 hours after you receive your collection notification.  If you do not collect your order within 24 hours we will dispose the goods (due to the nature of perishable products). No refund can be provided for non-collection.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes - family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

  •  A copy of the order collection notification.
  •  A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf.
  •  Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Yes Tiffinly is 100% Click & Collect only service. Tiffinly makes only made to order meals and supply same day for same day consumption. It's about eating fresh every day.

Which stores can I Click & Collect from?

Once you add products to the shopping bag and visit the cart, you can enter your address or suburb and you can see all the click & collect stores in your area on a map as well as a list.

What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?

We pride ourselves in making high prana, home-style food from the freshest quality ingredients as per your order every day.  To ensure that our high standards of quality are maintained, we limit our production capacity and this may lead to stock out on certain products.  In this case you can either order for the subsequent day or subscribe (coming soon) to a schedule of your chosen days of the week so that you are never disappointed.

Where do I pick up my Click & Collect order?

Check your order email from Tiffinly to verify the store you chose to collect from. Once at the store pick up your Click & Collect order from the Service Counter. Our friendly click & collect store team members can direct you to the right place.

When is Tiffinly food made and delivered to store?

Tiffinly food is made to your order from the freshest ingredients and delivered the same day to your chosen pick up location by 3pm every day.

What time can I collect my order from store?

Please wait for your confirmation email prior to visiting the store – normally sent within 24 hours of placing your order.  Generally pick up times are 3.00pm to 8.00pm. Some stores are open till late.You can check store opening hours in the checkout when you select a store and select a pickup time when placing the order.

What do I need to bring to collect my Click & Collect order?

Make sure you bring either

  • Your photo ID
  • Your order collection notification (on your phone is fine) for quicker service

Where do Tiffinly deliver?

Tiffinly is a click & collect and home delivery service. You can conveniently choose from over a 100 local stores across Melbourne to collect your Tiffinly food from.  We also deliver to select suburbs in Melbourne.  Please enter your post code in the orange bar above to find out if we deliver in your area.  Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we are coming soon!

How far into the future can I place my order ?

You can place order up to 12 months in advance!

Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?

We cannot accept returns If you change your mind, because the order was specially prepared for you.  If there is any problem with your order you can contact us by email at service@tiffinly.com.au or TEXT / whatsapp on 0431369998 and we’ll try the best we can to resolve the issue.

 

Is there a minimum order?

No there is no minimum order. However we do have a share-a-meal program, so for every meal you purchase we provide a meal to a child in need. Simply make a purchase over $30 to donate to a child in a disadvantaged community anywhere in the world.

Can I cancel a one-off order?

As this is a made to order service, orders cannot be cancelled once the cutoff time of 8 pm (the day prior to delivery) has passed.

Is Tiffinly an Al-la carte meals service?

No. Tiffinly has a “set menu” for at least 60 days in advance. Menu items for each day is available on our website. Meals are formulated from the freshest ingredients in the season and that meets stringent Tiffinly values:

  1. Food that is Living;
  2. Wholesome and;
  3. Water rich 

How long will my meals last for?

We recommend that you consume food the same day. Tiffinly value is  “eat fresh every day”

Can I freeze my Tiffinly meals?

We offer Home-style, high prana food made to order – ready to cook or heat and eat. With time prana begins to deteriorate and is not good for health and well-being. There is no need for you to freeze meals and eat “dead” food because we deliver fresh every day!

What do you mean by food is not a commodity, food is life? Just as a modern day smartphone cannot work without a hardware, software and the power (energy), any living being whether it be humans, animals or plants cannot live without this body, the systems and the life energy. Modern science is highly focused only on the hardware (body) and the software (genetic coding) of the food alone but not as much on the “prana” or power that is the very life force in the food.

What do you mean by “High Prana”?

Prana is the life force found in all living things, including the food we eat. Prana in food is at its highest while ingredients are still living. This reduces dramatically the longer food is stored. That’s why our offerings are made from scratch on the same day you order them – or as we like to say, ‘from pan to plate’.

What happens if I have food allergies?

We suggest checking the ingredient list for each meal thoroughly before consumption.  Our food is fresh, living, wholesome and water rich.We’re dedicated to helping others understand how, along with physical activity and rest, the life energy in food is a path to well-being.  Most modern day diseases related to heart, blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, allergies etc (and the list is long) has nothing to do with external factors like viruses or bacteria, these are simply caused by so called “autoimmune” response. In simple words your own body attacking itself or things are “out of balance”.  We believe in the transformational power of food. While most are familiar with the saying ‘You are what you eat’, there’s deeper power in understanding food beyond a fuel source. Food is not just an important part of you – it is you. And it can change the energy of your life, for the better.

Do Tiffinly cater for specific dietary requirements?

All our meals are made as described on our menu list on the website. Please check the ingredients before purchasing.
