Where does Tiffinly deliver?
We currently deliver to most suburbs in south east melbourne. Check delivery eligibility by typing in your postcode in the orange bar above. If we don’t currently deliver to your area, simply send an email with your address and we’ll see what we can do.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fee of $5 for orders over $30 and $15 for orders below $30
When do I have to order by & when is delivery?
Order by 8pm for next day delivery. You can order for weeks or even months in advance!
What time will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered every day, 7 days a week between 11am and 6pm.
What delivery notifications will I get for my delivery?
You will receive an email notification once your tiffinly meal is on its way and a second notification once its delivered.
Do I need to be home to receive delivery?No, you don't need to be home to receive your delivery! Your made to order, fresh Tiffinly meal will be delivered in a water-resistant cool box with ice packs, which can hold a safe temperature for up to eight hours. Note: This recommended timeframe is weather dependent and will decrease in warmer weather. Please ensure you refrigerate your items as soon as possible. Your delivery will generally be left at your front door, gate, or office reception unless you have advised a specific location in the ‘delivery notes’ when placing your order. Note: The delivery label on your esky has your name, address, and phone number visible. Should there be any dogs present at your delivery address, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible without entering the premises. The safety of our drivers is very important to us. Please see image of box below. Your box might be of a different size depending on your order.
What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it’s okay to leave your order at the reception or front gate. If you haven’t left any specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible.
Can I pick up my order directly from Tiffinly?
Yes! choose convenient pick up location from our large network of click and collect locations. There is no delivery fee for click and collect!
What if I have an issue with my order?
For any delivery or meal issues / feedback, please email email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Photos of the meal and / or delivery are needed to assist in our investigation. For minor complaints, a voucher code may be offered in lieu of a refund.
Will you collect my used delivery box?
Yes. Let us help you do your bit to care for the planet we live in. Reuse is better than recycle. Simply leave the COOLER BOX and the GEL PACK outside on the next delivery.

Availability & Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Tiffinly containing your order details to the email address used to place the order. Our current delivery areas are found at tiffinly.com.au To find out if we deliver to your area, input your postcode on the orange bar at the top of all pages . Delivery addresses and the day of delivery may not be altered once an Order has been placed. Unfortunately, Tiffinly cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time. Tiffinly accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Tiffinly will not be held liable for any financial or physical damage of any kind. Tiffinly will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Tiffinly if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 0431 369 998. Missing meal items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customers next order. Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit. Tiffinly reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.
Allergies & Pregnancy RelatedTiffinly strongly suggests that you consult your Doctor prior to consuming Tiffinly. It is the customer's responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each meal before purchase. While Tiffinly takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present. Tiffinly accepts no liability whatsoever to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Tiffinly meal/product - this also applies to expecting mothers.
